Cradle:

Rewinder (Liner Remover) – Optional:
- Winding the liner onto a 3-inch shaft.
- Fastening the material by inflating the shaft with the air.
- Shaft is interchangeable – it can be replaced with a shaft of a different diameter.
- Fastening the core in position using a ruler for accurate placement.

- The winding torque is controlled by and adjustable electromagnetic clutch.
Dancer:
- A device that synchronizes the unwinding of the material with the speed of the machine that is receiving the material from the unwinder.
- If the loop is small, the unwinding accelerates to release more material.
- If the loop is large, the unwinding slows down to prevent excessive unwinding.
Control Panel:
