FEBA manufactures a wide range of sawing systems from the single toothed blade solution with easy-load trolley to the 3-Head System for high productivity.
Single Toothed Blade Sawing System
FEBA F400 (Saw Blade Opt.)
The FEBA model F400 can also be equipped with a single rotating saw blade (toothed blade) for cutting logs of polyethylene, protection film tapes, coated and non-coated plastic films, silicone paper and similar materials. A dust extraction device, with an off-line aspiration system, is also fitted to the machine to remove the dust-debris generated by the saw blade cutting system. Due to the excessive weights of these materials, the F400 can be equipped with a semi-automatic or fully automatic trolley to aid in the loading and unloading of the materials.

The FEBA model F500 can also be equipped with a single rotating saw blade (toothed blade) for cutting logs of polyethylene, protection film tapes, coated and non-coated plastic films, silicone paper and similar materials. FEBA 3-head Sawing System
he FEBA 3-Head Sawing System is equipped with 3 fully independent 550mm saw-blade slitting heads each driven by a 3kW 7.5AC motor with adjustable speeds from 10 to 2800 RPM. While the first slitting unit is fixed (edge trim), the other two can be positioned along the axis according to the slit width requested. The slitting heads are positioned in precision-ground linear bearings and the transversal displacement is performed by OMRON LINEAR MOTORS that guarantees accuracy and rapid positioning.
