Machines designed for lamination using heat-activated or cold adhesive materials up to a thickness of 55 mm and widths of 1300, 1600, and 2300 mm. The machines serve for laminating, rewinding. The machine is equipped with a foot switch, which facilitates work on the machine. The maximum processing speed of the material is 20 m/min. The machine is designed with the highest regard for operator safety, and all hazardous parts are covered during operation. The machines are manufactured with a modular structure and can be adjusted based on requirements of the customer.
Control System

The machine is operated through a flat touch screen combined with analog buttons, providing a user-friendly interface for both new and experienced operators. It includes built-in safety mechanisms such as photocells and an emergency stop button to ensure safe operation at all times. All movement axes are servo-controlled, delivering high precision and responsive handling. The system supports pre-adjustable programs, allowing users to store and execute repeatable processes efficiently. For production tracking, the interface displays the processed meter count and piece count in real time. The machine is delivered with a manual in English and a Certificate of Conformity, ensuring compliance and ease of use right out of the box.
