The Guidolin Girotto rotary die cutting system, model RO 250, is the preferred rotary converting platform by the most prominent converters of 3M, Tesa, Avery Dennison, Lohmann, Nitto Denko and Scapa double sided adhesive tapes, technical adhesive tapes, foam tapes and similar adhesive products. Guidolin Girotto is a worldwide distinction sign in the technical die cutting sector with more than 20 years’ experience in die-cutting equipment manufacturing.
The RO 250 high speed rotary die cutting machine has a useful working width of 250mm and is available in three body lengths; 1.7M, 2.2M and 3.05M with production speeds ranging from 0-100 meters per minute. Our rotary machine is suitable for kiss cutting and total cutting and can be used with flexible magnetic tooling or hardened rotary tooling and designed to accommodate the customer’s existing cutting dies. The rigid electro-welded steel frame, modular stations with a variety of web-pass configurations, and computer controlled system make the RO 250 rotary die cutter versatile, fast & simple to operate; assuring rapid transition from job-to-job which decreases machine downtime, reduces labor and overall manufacturing costs.
Due to the modular design with every station moveable, the machine can be set-up to run a wide variety of jobs in a given shift, making the RO 250 the logical solution for numerous applications. The Guidolin rotary die cutting machine is equipped with a single brushless servo motor and coupled with an in-line drive shaft and precision worm gears in order to grant the same torque strength from zero to maximum working speed. In addition, unique to the Guidolin product, the machine can operate in both start/stop mode & continuous mode; in start/stop mode, the rotation of the tool, pneumatic expulsion unit or transversal guillotine occurs according to the desired quote set in the Touch-screen controller.
Furthermore, all the transports and lamination stations are equipped with a single hand wheel adjustment knob for fast set-up (nip rolls are perfectly parallel with the web), eliminating the “walking” of web, commonly associated with dual adjustable transports. A standard 7” color touchscreen stores up to 500 different recipes, and records production output based on parts cut or length of the material converted.

Simplicity Strengths

Electronics & Software
