Antares Strip Cutter T Series
The strip cutters of the T Series from 500 to 1200 mm are able to cut different types of materials such as hides , leather , rubber and synthetic materials into strips. They can make cuts starting from a minimum width of 2 mm up to a maximum of 1200 mm. These machines are equipped with a friction motor , controlled by pedal which allows greater precision and practicality of work.
The Series consists of 4 models:
T500 / T650 / T900 / T1200.
The T900 and T1200 models, due to the length of the shafts, are equipped with additional supports on the blade shaft and counter blade to prevent bending.

Antares Strip Cutter C Series
The C Series models are used to cut conveyor belts and flat belts, from pre-glued or vulcanized ring materials up to a maximum thickness of 12mm. Due to their particular structure, having obtained a space between the head and the base, it is possible to perform multiple cuts up to the maximum width of the machine. All models are equipped with an electronic speed variator that allows the operator to choose a suitable process.
The lowering between the blade and counter blade allows the precise and fast insertion of the material for cutting.

Antares Multi-Blade Cutter TML Series
This type of machines have been designed to section the already packaged sleeves into the desired width by changing the spacers between the blades to obtain transmission belts, whether they are flat or toothed, type MXL-XL-LH. The cut is made by inserting the ring on the support of the nylon counter blade.
These machines are equipped with a pedal-controlled inverter to adjust the rotation speed according to the processing needs.

TML99/160 – TML99/420.
Features
TML99/160: The counter blade is raised by means of a pneumatic cylinder.
TML99/420: The counter blade is fixed, while the blade shaft is raised and lowered with a pneumatic cylinder.
