ATOM S.p.a Dieless & Die Cutting Systems & Presses

Flashcut 1660-2H BP- The 1660-2H BP is the latested development from ATOM for high production dieless cutting. The machine is designed with the traditional pinch & grab pincers w. transport cutting belt as our CNC line and is equipped with two ea. multi-tool cutting heads. There are a variety of material handling solutions available for feeding multiple rolls or sheets in an automatic fashion.

Flashcut EMHD 30155 2-Z Axis- ATOM took the traditional HD Series Flashcut which cut foams and similar materials up to 100mm in thickness and combined a pneumatic knife chuck with a 3 Kw milling chuck (Liquid Cooled @ 50,000 RPM) on one tool head. This combination allows companies to cut and mill in the same process which is ideal for producing foam cases, acoustics and similar products.

Flashcut XTC 2200- The new XTC series from ATOM is a conveyorized knife cutting system designed for maximum production & through-put of cut parts. The material (in roll or sheet form) is fed onto the bed of the machine into the "cutting zone". Once the components are cut, the conveyorized-bed feeds the parts to a "take-off" area located at the front of the machine. The operator can strip the cut parts while the machine automatically reloads the material and the cutting process continues. The system is ideal for companies producing composites, technical textiles, thin foams, gaskets and similar materials.

Flashcut 30155 UPX- The most succesful knife cutting system to date with over the 75+ installations throughout North America for companies cutting gaskets, foam, & rubber. With the combination of the pneumatic oscillating knife chuck, advanced nesting system, multi-sector zoned vacuum, & robust structure it allows companies to cut tang graphoil, 6mm non-asbestos, 20mm foams & 12mm rubber with ease. The overhead digital projection allows operators to identify parts, manage the nesting & utilize remnants virtually eliminating any waste.

Guidolin Davide Precision Cutting Systems

Rotary Die Cutting Machines- Guidolin Davide Srl is providing narrow web cutting machinery to groups like 3M, Tesa, Avery Dennison & Lohmann and their distributors worldwide for the production of double sided aadhesives and other flexible materials. Our rotary machine is equipped with a solid steel frame. The various modular stations, the great number of accessories & the electronic control system make it extremely versatile, fast and easy to use, reducing production times and costs.

FEBA Srl Converting Machinery

Single Knife Lathe Slitters- FEBA Srl specializes in the engineering, manufacturing and marketing of automatic single knife log slitters suitable for slitting adhesive & non-adhesive tapes, foams & rubbers, textiles, gasket materials, graphites, non-wovens and similar products. We will have the three levels of technology available from FEBA on display; the model F400 EL (Entry Level), model F600 SL and the new F400 EMDS (Electro-Magnetic Displacement System), equipped with linear motors & drives for X & Y carriage displacement making it the most productive lathe slitter on the market.
