| ATOM's Flahjet 1600SA series waterjet cutting system is the flexible solution for for the dieless cutting of synthetic materials. The Flashjet 1600SA was designed to cut a wide range of synthetic materials in multiple layers without the use of cutting dies. This is the least expensive of the Waterjet machines in the Atom dieless cutting line which includes the Flashjet 2400 and Flashjet 2000DA. |
 
This particular system has a waterjet cutting table with two manually operated pallets on both sides to load the material and unload the cut parts. The pallets are available with either a steel mesh or with a special structure of steel pins to minimize the back-splashing effect, allowing fast and accurate cutting operations. The cutting table is equipped with a system to clean and filter the residues.
Total sfety for the operators is ensured through a protection cabinet equipped with safety switches that meet with EEC regulations. The 1600SA series of waterjet cutting systems is controlled by nesting software that is automatically or manually operated for optimized layplanning of patterns.
